Montana Land Investments, LLC  is a private partnership of brothers Nick, Russ, and Tim Currie.  The company was formed in 2000 to buy and improve properties. The Curries acquired the Point at Del Mar property in 2006 and the brothers invested significantly in to renovating existing buildings and developing new ones. Through a lot of hard work, the Curries have transformed it into the great professional office park that it is today. They worked hard to keep the open spaces and incredible views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
